I'm Figs O'Sullivan. Couples therapist, 17 years, licensed in California (LMFT #79062), endorsed by Sue Johnson who created Emotionally Focused Therapy. This is me, plugged into whatever AI you already use.

You don't have to come to my website. You don't have to download anything. You connect me once and then, when you're sitting in the kitchen after a fight at 11pm, you can just ask.

What it does

Four things, and only four.

Ask Figs a relationship question. Anything about love, fighting, trust, distance, affairs, in-laws, the same argument you've had forty times. You get my answer, built from the actual clinical material I've written over the years, not a generic chatbot answer.

Name what's happening between us right now. Tell it what the fight was. It names the dance you're in, what each of you is protecting, what each of you is afraid of underneath, and one sentence each of you could say that would change it.

Help me repair after a fight. Three steps. What to do with your own nervous system in the next five minutes. The exact low-pressure words to reach with. What to name tomorrow when you're both calmer.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't remember you. Every question is a fresh start. That's on purpose. The version of me that knows your history, tracks both of you over time, and holds the repair until it lands is Figlet, at figlet.empathi.com. This tool is the doorway. Figlet is the house.
