How we protect your privacy as a couple
Figlet provides AI relationship coaching and psychoeducation. It is not therapy, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed mental-health support.
From individual coaching to shared work
Each partner can begin with the 13-question quiz and a private 1:1 coaching space. Linking accounts makes shared couple features available, including Repair Together.
What stays private and what is shared
Each partner's 1:1 conversation with Figlet remains private from the other partner.
Both participants can read the full transcript of a Repair Together session.
Private coaching context may quietly inform Figlet's stance, pacing, and questions in a shared session. It must never be quoted, paraphrased, hinted at, or confirmed to the other partner.
Continuity after Repair Together
Completed Repair Together sessions may be distilled into internal couple-level coaching notes for continuity in later shared and individual coaching. The internal summary is not exposed as a partner-facing document.
Data, security, and retention
Conversation data is protected by encryption in transit and AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Anthropic processes conversation data to provide Figlet's AI responses.
Conversation data is automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Paid subscribers retain their conversation history while their subscription is active; if a subscription lapses, the 12-month clock restarts from that date.
Account deletion and data export are available through account settings or the process described in the Privacy Policy.
Important limits
Figlet is not HIPAA-covered. Conversations do not have therapist-client legal privilege.
