What We Collect

Empathi collects the following information to provide personalized AI relationship coaching:

• Your name and your partner’s name
• Your email address
• Your answers to the 13-question relationship quiz
• Your conversation history with Figlet (coaching sessions, Disconnection Debriefs, and Wisdom Score sessions)
• Your Relationship Wisdom Score and session data
• Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to power your personalized Figlet coaching experience. We use your quiz answers and conversation history to provide context-aware, emotionally intelligent coaching.

Partner Privacy

Your conversations with Figlet are private and never visible to your partner, even if you are linked in the system. Figlet uses information from both profiles to inform its coaching, but your actual chat messages remain yours alone.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may use trusted infrastructure providers under appropriate data processing agreements to operate the platform.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Empathi does not store your payment card details.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing figs@empathi.com. We will process your request within 30 days. You can also export your data from your dashboard settings.
