Privacy Policy: Figlet MCP Connector

What we collect

When you use a tool in this connector, we receive the text you submit to that tool (your question, the description of what happened, or your assessment responses). We do not require an account, a name, or an email address. We do not receive your other conversations with your AI assistant.

We also log basic technical data for each call: which tool was used, approximate token counts, the name of the AI client that made the request if it identifies itself, and a one-way hash of your network address combined with the date, used only for rate limiting and daily usage counts.

How we use it

Your text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the response, together with retrieved excerpts from Figs O'Sullivan's clinical writing. The response is returned to you and is not used to build a profile of you. The connector is stateless: nothing you submit is remembered for your next question.

We use the technical logs to keep the service running, prevent abuse, control cost, and understand which tools are being used.

Third parties

Anthropic processes your text to generate responses, under its API terms, which do not permit training on that data. PostHog receives the technical event data described above (tool name, token counts, client, hashed identifier), never your question text. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Retention

Request logs, including submitted text, are kept for 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention, then deleted. Aggregate usage statistics with no question text are kept indefinitely.

Not a health service

This connector offers educational relationship guidance. It is not therapy, does not create a therapist-client relationship, and is not a crisis service.
